1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits.

2. Necessary cookies

• NEXT_LOCALE: records the language of the page you are viewing. It is our own cookie and lasts until you close the browser.
• Cloudflare security cookies: may be set to protect the website from automated and abusive traffic.

These cookies are needed for the website to work, so they do not require consent (Article 5(2) of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004).

3. Support chat

The website loads the Crisp chat, so you can talk to us directly from any page. Crisp stores a cookie and data in your browser's local storage to keep your conversation across pages and visits, under its privacy policy.

4. Call bookings

When you open the calendar to book a call, the website loads the Cal.com booking tool. From that moment, Cal.com may use its own cookies or local storage, under its privacy policy.

5. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. In that case, Google sets the following cookies:

• _ga: distinguishes visitors anonymously and lasts 2 years.
• _ga_ followed by the property ID: keeps the session state and lasts 2 years.

If you click "Reject", Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" in the website footer. When you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies.

6. Measurement without cookies

We measure the pages visited and clicks on external links with OpenPanel, without cookies and without storing identifiers in your browser. When a page fails, the website sends an error report to Sentry, also without cookies.

7. What we do not use

We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

8. Managing cookies

You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the website still works.
