Digital Consulting for Websites & Apps.

A thorough diagnosis shows what is limiting the results of your website, app or marketing before you invest in a solution. We analyse the user experience, the technical setup and the digital channels. You then receive an action plan that sets the priority of each improvement.

Digital Audits & Consulting Services.

Each audit starts from a specific question about your business. The scope of the review is set around the decision your business needs to make.

Website and app UI/UX audits

You find out where users struggle on your website or mobile app and what to fix first. We test the most important tasks, such as finding a service or completing an enquiry, looking closely at navigation, screens, wording and forms. Each issue is documented with examples and paired with a recommendation. The report ranks the recommendations by priority.

  • Interfaces and navigation
  • Journeys and forms
  • Evidence and priorities

Product and brand strategy

Clear positioning guides decisions about your website, app and brand communication. Together with you, we define your audience, what sets your offer apart and the features your digital product should prioritise. Those decisions become a plan for content, channels and advertising, matched to your business's resources.

  • Brand positioning
  • Product strategy
  • Priorities and next steps

Technical website and WordPress audits

A technical audit shows what is affecting the speed, accessibility and security of your website. On WordPress, the review also covers plugins, versions, permissions and backups. The report separates urgent fixes from improvements that can be scheduled for later, and our Web Development team can carry them out.

  • Performance and accessibility
  • WordPress and plugins
  • Permissions and security

SEO and marketing audit

The diagnosis identifies where your online presence is missing business opportunities, from SEO and Digital Marketing to Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. We compare the available data with how you present your offer and receive enquiries. You receive a set of concrete actions, which your team can carry out or hand over to INDIGIT.

  • SEO and content
  • Channels and advertising
  • Measurement and action plan

How we run your digital audit.

The audit follows three stages, from setting the scope to delivering an action plan ready to put into practice.

  1. Define the review

We start by understanding the problem, your business objectives and the solutions already tried. On that basis, we select the pages, tasks or systems to review. The proposal sets out the access required, the cost and the delivery date.

  2. Analyse and document

We test the website or app and review the materials your business provides. Each issue is recorded with examples and its level of priority.

  3. Deliver the plan

We present the findings in a meeting with you and hand over the action plan. Implementation can be carried out by your team or by INDIGIT.

Questions about consulting?

Answers on the scope of the review, the deliverables, costs and implementation.

When does it make sense to ask for consulting?

Whenever you need to make a decision about your website, app or marketing and lack the information to support it. The most common cases are a website that generates few enquiries, an app that is hard to use or campaigns that fall short of expectations. Consulting also helps when planning a new digital product or reviewing brand positioning before development begins.

What does a UI/UX audit include?

It covers the tasks that matter most to your business, such as finding a service, filling in a form or completing an order. We assess navigation, wording, forms and error messages at each step. Accessibility can be part of the scope, although a partial review does not certify the conformance of the whole product.

What will I receive at the end?

A report with the issues found, examples, recommendations and the priority of each fix. The findings are presented in a meeting, where we explain what should change first and what depends on other changes. Prototypes, developer specifications or implementation estimates can be included, provided they are part of the proposal.

Does consulting include fixing the issues?

No. Consulting ends with the analysis and the action plan. Implementation is a separate service, which your team or INDIGIT can carry out. If you choose INDIGIT, we first set out the tasks, the costs and how each improvement will be checked. The report is written to be useful to any team.

Can you review work done by another team?

Yes. We review websites, apps and campaigns built by other teams, using the access your business authorises. If code or data is unavailable, we state exactly what could not be checked. Wherever possible, we build on the existing work. A rebuild is only recommended when there are concrete reasons for it.

Does an audit guarantee website security?

No. A security review identifies risks within the agreed scope and access, and it does not replace a penetration test. On WordPress, the review can cover versions, plugins, permissions and backups. Critical risks we find are flagged in the report. Where the case calls for it, we recommend a specialist assessment.

Can an AI report replace consulting?

No. Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools help identify possible issues and organise a report. Human analysis and testing confirm whether those suggestions apply to your project and which ones affect the business. In accessibility, for example, an automated tool detects some errors but cannot assess the full user experience on its own.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on the size of the project and the question to be answered. Reviewing a form that loses enquiries has a very different scope from reviewing a complete app. After the first meeting, we set out the stages and the delivery date, including the report and the presentation of findings.

How is the price of consulting determined?

It depends on the scope and depth of the review. The work can be quoted as a custom project or included in the INDIGIT Subscription, with a fixed monthly fee and one active request at a time. Implementing the recommendations and any paid tools are quoted separately and presented before work begins.

What do you need from me to get started?

A description of the problem, your objectives and the solutions you have already tried. Please also share the website or app addresses and any relevant materials. We then request the access we need and agree with you on a contact person in your team to answer questions during the review.

What do you need to decide?

That is where an audit begins. Tell us about your website, app or marketing, and we will agree with you on what to review first.
